Éthelle G. She is currently a guest lecturer at the University of Maine in organizational behavior and has edited the organizational brochure for ITAA. Scott Shore, MA, MBA,has an extensive background adding demonstrable value for private-sector companies ranging from Fortune
500 to start-up enterprises. Likewise, Scott has worked in the public sector on congressional staffs and later as U.S. Ambassador of the Overseas Private Investment Corporation. Scott has been active in the not-for-profit sector assisting universities, hospitals, and public oversight of state agencies in Economic Development and Health Services. Scott is a Senior Lecturer at top universities in the field of Corporate & Business Strategy, Organizational Effectiveness, and International Management & Trade.
Scott's main focus and commitment is to use his 23 years of working with managers to reorient their lives and careers to actualize the best they can be. Elizabeth Spangler, Professional Coach
Liz's life has been interesting and varied. As a nurses Assistant in a geriatric unit of a hospital, 
she learned about the mental aging process. As a Residential Designer and Building Inspector, she learned about the dreams and aspirations of people meeting the needs of survival. As a Sales Assistant in a Financial Institution, she learned how people relate to money and how their attitudes toward money become manifest in other areas of their lives. As a human being learning to survive personal tragedy and difficult times, she learned that we truly are what we think. Liz offers an uncanny understanding of the human condition, a willingness to hear beyond what is said, and faith that everyone holds the key to their future in an understanding of their own nature.
